Effective from 25 September 2026
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the lifenexa.pl website (the “Site”), including the chat available on the Site. They are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. The Polish version of these terms (Regulamin) is the binding one; this English version is provided for convenience.
The service provider is the operator of the lifenexa.pl website (the “Provider”). You can contact the Provider through the chat available on every page of the Site.
These terms are available free of charge at lifenexa.pl/en/terms — you can view, save or print them at any time.
2. What the Site is
The Site is informational: it presents the LifeNexa app ecosystem and lets you go to any of the apps with a single click. Each app in the ecosystem runs on its own lifenexa.pl subdomain and has its own terms of service and privacy policy. You enter into an agreement to use an app — including its paid plans — within that app, under its terms.
No sales agreements are concluded and no payments are made through the Site. Prices and feature descriptions shown on the Site, including the pricing page, are for information only and do not constitute an offer under the Polish Civil Code — the binding terms and prices are those shown in the app itself.
3. Services provided on the Site
The Provider offers the following electronic services on the Site, free of charge:
- browsing the Site — the agreement is concluded when you open a page and ends when you leave the Site,
- the chat — lets you send a message to the Provider and receive a reply. The agreement is concluded when you send your first message, for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time and without giving a reason — simply stop using the chat and clear this site's data in your browser, or ask us through the chat to delete the conversation.
4. Technical requirements
To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). The chat requires JavaScript and the browser's local storage (localStorage) to be enabled.
Using the internet carries the usual risks, such as malware or attempts to steal your data (phishing). The Site works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we never ask for passwords, login details or payment card numbers in the chat.
5. Rules of use
- Use the Site in accordance with the law, good practice and these terms.
- Don't send unlawful, offensive or advertising content (spam) through the chat.
- Don't share especially sensitive data in the chat — for example passwords, payment card numbers or health information.
- We may leave messages that break these rules unanswered and delete the conversation.
6. Complaints
If the Site or the chat doesn't work properly, you can file a complaint through the chat. Describe the problem and — if you would also like a reply outside the chat — give your email address. We will handle the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and reply the same way.
Complaints about a specific app in the ecosystem are handled under that app's terms of service.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content — texts, graphics, layout, and the LifeNexa and app names and marks — is protected by law. You may use it only within the limits of permitted personal use.
8. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but the features, availability and prices of the apps may change — the current information is always available in the app itself. The Site may be briefly unavailable, for example during maintenance.
9. Personal data
How we process personal data on the Site, including in the chat, is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
We may change these terms for important reasons, for example a change in the law or in the Site's features. We will publish the new version on this page together with its effective date; changes affecting the chat take effect 7 days after publication.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.
